CANHR Correspondent sues CCRC in San Francisco

Lillian Hyatt, CANHR’s Advocate Correspondent for CCRC issues and an AARP Public Policy Specialist on CCRC issues, has sued The Sequoias, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in San Francisco, owned and run by the Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services, for prohibiting the use of a walker to access the dining facilities.
