Hearing of the Conservatorship Task Force

March 17 in Los Angeles & March 24 in San Francisco

Interested Persons — The Judicial Council's Probate Conservatorship Task Force is holding public hearings to discuss needed reforms and improvements in California's probate conservatorship system.

The hearings, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on March 17 in Los Angeles and March 24 in San Francisco, will provide an opportunity for the task force to hear from members of the public, conservators, courts, the legal community, law enforcement, and others on how to improve the handling of probate conservatorship cases in California trial courts.

The task force encourages your attendance at the hearings. Please feel free to share this with others who may be interested.
