Conservatorships
This webinar is designed for social workers and other professionals interested in the basic laws and procedures for conservatorships in California. We will first investigate the process by which conservatorships are obtained and then review the powers that different conservators may exercise. We will also briefly review the differences between probate and LPS conservatorships. Anyone interested in conservatorships will not want to miss!

Medi-Cal Recovery
A basic overview of Medi-Cal estate recovery issues, including the individuals and assets exempt from estate claims, hardship waivers and appeals and how to avoid Medi-Cal claims in the first place.

CEU Credits

One hour of CEU credit is available for each session. Continuing Education Credit: Board of Behavioral Sciences, C.E.U. Provider No. 1156 for L.C.S.W. and M.F.C.C. Licensure. In order to receive your CEUs, you MUST enter your license number in the registration form.

Confirmation

All registered attendees will receive a confirmation email from Accuconference after registration. In addition, CANHR will send a reminder email the day before the webinar with specific instructions on how to attend the webinars, along with the access number and a unique access code.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received by CANHR through email at deborah@canhr.org at least 24 hours prior to the training for which you are registered. Cancellations received after that time will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given to those who register but do not attend the training.
