No Medi-Cal beds?
It is becoming a common practice among Medi-Cal certified nursing homes in California to tell current and prospective residents that they have no more Medi-Cal beds, even while they are saving beds for Medicare or private pay residents.
I’ve heard that it is a bad idea to sign an arbitration agreement, but I’m worried that the facility won’t admit my father unless I sign it.

My father will be moving into Assisted Living, and the facility gave me a large stack of documents to sign.
