A & C Health Care Services, Inc., the licensee for Camden Convalescent Hospital, a 60 bed nursing home in Campbell, California and A & C Convalescent Hospital of Millbrae, a 140 bed nursing home in Millbrae, filed for bankruptcy on June 3.
