California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform is holding its 26^th Annual Elder Law Conference on November 17^th and 18^th, 2023 in Monterey, CA and on Zoom.

CANHR’s Elder Law Conference, the only conference of its kind in California, was first held in 1996.  Since that time, the conference has provided high quality legal education and training on elder law issues to over 3,000 members of the private bar, the legal services community, and other long-term care advocates representing elders, persons with disabilities and their families. 

Based on the success of last year’s hybrid conference, our 2023 event will be presented both in-person and online. The conference will focus on key issues in estate planning for long term care and the latest litigation cases that could affect your practice.
