Lawsuit seeks injunction to improve care at Creekside Health Care Center. On June 25, current and former residents of Creekside Health Care Center in San Pablo, California, filed a lawsuit against the facility and its parent corporation, Mariner Health Care, Inc., alleging serious and continuing Residents’ Rights violations. The lawsuit alleges that residents were severely neglected, with residents left in soiled diapers and clothing for hours and suffering falls and painful pressure sores.
